Every product page includes transparent ingredient information so you can make the best choice for your skin.
How often should I use exfoliating or peeling products?
Most gentle peeling/exfoliating products can be used 1–3 times per week.
For sensitive skin, start once weekly and increase slowly if needed.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We aim to work with suppliers who follow cruelty-free manufacturing practices.

What are your shipping time estimates?
United States:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
International Orders:
- Standard shipping: 8–18 business days
- Remote regions may take slightly longer due to customs processing
Shipping times can vary depending on supplier location, customs, holidays, and courier delays.
Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?
We work with multiple suppliers and global fulfillment centers.
If your order contains different items, they may ship separately.
Each package will have its own tracking number.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
You can also email us at support@organicpeel.com with your order number for updates.
My tracking number isn’t updating. What should I do?
Tracking updates may be slow due to carrier scans or customs delays, especially for international shipments.
If tracking shows no updates for 5+ days, contact us and we will verify with the courier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
What is your return policy?
For hygiene and safety, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
Unused and unopened items may be considered for return depending on the situation.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can usually be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will resolve it immediately.
When will my refund be processed?
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
