Thank you for shopping at OrganicPeel. We want you to have a smooth experience with every order. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Hygiene & Safety Disclaimer (Important)

Because our products are skincare and personal-use items, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed products due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

This is a standard industry requirement for cosmetics.

Returns Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return or partial refund ONLY if:

  • The product is unused,
  • The product is unopened,
  • The seal is intact,
  • Packaging is in original condition.

If these conditions are met, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the product, seal, and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene & safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used items
  • Items with broken or removed seals
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Return Shipping Costs

If your return request is approved:

  • You will receive the return address
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider
     (typically 3–10 business days)

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 hours, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • The wrong item
  • A defective product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send us:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund free of charge.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If still unresolved, email us at support@organicpeel.com

We will help you investigate.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • VAT/GST
  • Import taxes
  • Clearance fees

These charges are non-refundable and set by your country’s customs authority.

If you refuse delivery due to customs fees, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
