Shipping Locations

OrganicPeel is based in the United States, and we ship worldwide.

We currently deliver to:

  • U.S. territories
  • Canada & Mexico
  • Europe
  • Middle East
  • Asia
  • Australia & New Zealand
  • Africa
  • South America

If your country is eligible, it will appear at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your location and the supplier warehouse fulfilling your order.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International Orders

  • Standard Worldwide Shipping: 8–18 business days

Notes:

  • Remote or rural areas may require extra time.
  • Customs inspections may cause unavoidable delays.
  • Holidays and peak shopping seasons can impact transit times.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages, depending on:

  • The products ordered
  • Supplier fulfillment locations
  • Warehouse availability

Each package will have its own tracking number.

This is normal for global dropshipping logistics.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a direct link.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to:

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs charges.

If you refuse a package due to duties, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Delayed Deliveries

Although rare, your shipment may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Global logistics disruptions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holiday seasons

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist you in tracking or replacing the item.

Failed Delivery / Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

OrganicPeel is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Addresses not supported by carriers in remote regions

If a package is returned to us, we can resend it once you cover the re-shipping costs.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or updated within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this window, orders are already in fulfillment and cannot be modified.
